Affiliate Disclosure

1. What is an affiliate relationship?

An affiliate relationship is a marketing arrangement in which a merchant or brand pays a referral fee when a visitor we send to their website completes a qualifying action, typically a purchase. The merchant tracks the referral through a unique link or cookie. The fee comes out of the merchant’s margin, not your wallet — your price is the same whether you reach the merchant through our link or directly.

2. Who we partner with

Revneey earns commissions through:

• Affiliate networks: PartnerMatic, Impact, CJ (Commission Junction), ShareASale, Linkbux, Rakuten Advertising, and similar platforms.
• Direct brand partnerships with merchants that run their own affiliate programs.

Not every link on the Site is an affiliate link. When a link is an affiliate link, the merchant’s network sets a cookie to attribute any resulting purchase to Revneey.

3. FTC compliance

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

In compliance with FTC guidelines, we:

• Display a persistent disclosure banner at the top of every page.
• Include a short disclosure at or near the top of every review that contains affiliate links.
• Maintain this detailed disclosure page, linked from every page of the Site.
• Do not claim to have tested or reviewed products we have not reviewed.
• Label sponsored content clearly as “Sponsored” where it exists. (Most of our content is not sponsored.)

4. How commissions do not influence reviews

We understand the natural skepticism readers have about affiliate-monetized publications. Here is what we commit to:

• Ratings are independent of commission rates. We do not rank brands higher because they pay a higher commission.
• Brands cannot pay to be reviewed or pay to change a rating, a ranking, or a published verdict.
• We review brands that don’t pay us. When a non-affiliate brand is clearly the best option in its category, we say so, even though we earn nothing from the recommendation.
• We publish negative reviews. If a brand is overpriced, misleading, or lower quality than alternatives, our review reflects that.
• Commission rates are confidential but auditable. We do not disclose exact rates per partner, but internal editorial policy requires that rating decisions be made before commercial terms are reviewed.

5. Amazon Associates notice

Where applicable, Revneey participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. Amazon, the Amazon logo, AmazonSupply, and the AmazonSupply logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

6. Tracking and privacy

When you click an affiliate link, the affiliate network or merchant may set a cookie on your device to attribute any subsequent purchase to Revneey. These cookies do not give us access to your personal account or purchase details at the merchant. The merchant and its network may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. 7. Your price, your choice

Clicking an affiliate link never costs you extra. You are free to navigate to any merchant directly and make your purchase without going through our links. We appreciate when readers use our links because it sustains the Site, but the decision is entirely yours.

8. Product changes after publication

Prices, subscriptions, warranty terms, ownership, and formulations can change after a review is published. We refresh reviews when material changes occur, but always confirm current details on the merchant’s website before purchasing.

9. Reporting concerns

If you believe a review does not accurately reflect a product, or that a disclosure is missing, email us at [email protected]. We investigate every credible report and publish corrections when warranted.
